Opting Out on iOS Devices (iPhones, iPads, and iPods)

Note: Exact steps may vary slightly, based on device model and/or iOS version.

iOS 6.x and later

On iOS devices running iOS 6.x or later, to opt out of interest-based mobile app advertising from Viant:

1. Open Settings and tap Privacy
2. Scroll down and tap Advertising
3. Turn Limit Ad Tracking ON

iOS 5.x and earlier

On iOS devices running iOS 5.x or earlier, to opt out of interest-based mobile app advertising from Viant, you must provide your Device ID (a UDID). To find and submit your Device ID:

1. Connect your device to iTunes
2. Click on your device's name within iTunes
3. Click Serial Number
4. You will see Identifier (UDID), which is a 40-character alphanumeric identifier; enter the UDID below and click the Opt Out button
